Since its founding three years ago, Toronto’s Juliet has grown to a more than 40-person shop. In addition to growing creative and design teams and an expanded U.S. presence (which it has built out to work with clients in Atlanta and L.A.), it welcomed a new head of performance media this year. The latter is one of the many ways Juliet is catering to clients moving increasingly into digital and ecommerce, says co-founder and CCO Ryan Spelliscy. It’s also growing Real Talk Insights, a new research arm focused on “micro-marketing decisions” that provides Juliet with ongoing feedback from groups of up to 50 consumers. The offering became very attractive to clients in need of quick pandemic pivots and is one of the reasons a dozen new brands have signed on with Juliet in the last year.
